An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr, Acc. Legal Reporting Consolidation and will report directly to Manager Consolidation Legal reporting
you will be responsible to:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually Tasnee HQ consolidation financial statement reports.
• Prepare quarterly and annually financial statements for the bellow company s
Saudi Acrylic Acid Company Ltd. Co. (SAAC) Consolidations
Tasnee and Sahara Olefins Co. Consolidations
Al - Rowad National Plastic company - Consolidation
National Lead Smelting Ltd. Company - Consolidation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually consolidations financial statements for Tasnee .
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annually financial statement variance analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for management, external and internal auditors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Work with external and internal auditors to assist in quarterly and year-end audit procedures.
• Meet the legal time deadlines of announcements and respond to management requests in a timely fashion
• Assist with monthly preparation, consolidation and analysis of forecast information
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
• Management and improvement of group consolidation system (BPC)
• Understanding and involvement in budgeting and forecasting process
• Overseeing the elimination of transactions and balances
About You:
• Minimum: B.Sc. (Accounting)
• Preferred: M.Sc. (Accounting)
• Desirable: Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, etc.)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience, in a mature organization.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and computing skills with strong grasp of business processes
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Exposure to use computerized accounting systems
• Working knowledge of accounting standards and other laws having financial implications.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• 5 years as a minimum in accounting/audit, ideally acquired in Big 4 or international companies in a corporate consolidation department
• Good knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with SAP ERP and BPC Systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for communicating with other functions
