Job Description

The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This role requires a seasoned professional adept at understanding client needs and translating them into actionable account strategies. The Sr. Account Executive acts as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results. This position demands excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to maintain and expand client accounts effectively. As part of a dynamic team, the Sr. Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving profitability and achieving company objectives through strategic account management.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account planning.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and uncover additional service opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, involving relevant team members to ensure timely solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed business reviews and status reports for clients and management.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics to ensure goal alignment and achievement.
  • Mentor junior account executives and provide guidance on client management and sales techniques.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing large client accounts and achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
