Sr. Analyst/AM - Financial Reporting (CA qualified) Life Pharmacy LLC

Role : Financial Reporting to C-suite leaders.

Job Location : Dubai

1. P&L Ownership and Financial Reporting

• Preparation and timely submission of monthly and quarterly Profit & Loss statements

• Coordination with Finance and Business teams for accurate cost and revenue mapping

• Performing variance analysis and commentary on key deviations

2. Ad-Hoc Reporting & Management Support

• Timely execution of management ad-hoc requests with relevant, actionable insights

• Development of customized reports for Operations and Non-pharma leadership teams

• Support strategic decision-making through targeted data extraction and visualization

3. Sales, Margin & Inventory Analytics

• Tracking store- and SKU-level performance across regions

• Providing insights on gross margin trends, slow-moving inventory, and promotion effectiveness

• Regular reporting on category contribution and sell-through performance

4. Business Intelligence and Dashboarding

Automation and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Excel-based)Coordinate with Regional &

Standardisation of recurring reporting formats for uniformity across the chain

Ensuring real-time visibility of key performance metrics to business stakeholders
