The Job Description

1. Support the implementation and operation of the Data Management Office within the government entity.
2. Apply national data governance policies and practices (as issued by SDAIA and Nadhee).
3. Contribute to data integration, cleansing, and structuring initiatives.
4. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and understand data requirements.
5. Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
6. Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and issue resolution.
7. Document data sources, models, and standards to ensure consistency and reusability.
8. Provide insights and support to enhance the quality and usability of data for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related fields.
• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management.
• Understanding of SDAIA regulations and the Nadhee methodology is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team embedded in a government environment.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
