Facilities Operations & Maintenance Oversight

1. Oversee day-to-day FM operations across assigned facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical systems.

2. Provide technical leadership to Facilities Engineers, maintenance teams, and FM Service Providers.

3. Ensure all assets are maintained in line with approved maintenance strategies, statutory requirements, and lifecycle plans.

4. Review and validate planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance performance across all sites.

5. Support planning and execution of major maintenance activities, shutdowns, and asset replacement works.

Service Provider & Contractor Management

1. Manage and technically govern FM Service Providers and specialist contractors.

2. Review contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics and ensure compliance.

3. Conduct technical audits, inspections, and performance reviews of Service Providers.

4. Escalate non-performance and enforce corrective actions in coordination with management.

5. Review manpower deployment, competency levels, attendance, and training plans of Service Providers.

Asset Management & Technical Governance

1. Lead development and implementation of asset inspection plans, asset condition assessments, and improvement programs.

2. Review CAFM data, asset registers, maintenance schedules, and ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Ensure all statutory inspections, certifications, and authority requirements are valid and up to date.

4. Evaluate failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive and corrective measures.

5. Provide technical due diligence and verification for new assets, refurbishments, and handovers.

Projects & Capital Works Support

1. Provide technical oversight for FM-related projects, refurbishments, and upgrades.

2. Review designs, specifications, and contractor proposals to ensure operational suitability and maintainability.

3. Coordinate with project teams during construction and handover to ensure FM readiness.

4. Support defect liability management and post-handover performance monitoring.

5. Reporting, Systems & Continuous Improvement

6. Review and approve FM monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports.

7. Provide senior management with clear technical assessments, risk reports, and improvement recommendations.

8. Ensure all activities are recorded in CAFM and other approved systems.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost control across facilities.

10. Contribute to development and refinement of FM policies, SOPs, and technical standards in line with Company’s policies and procedures.
