Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and career progression.
- Lead initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization.
- Collaborate with departments to assess training needs and implement tailored development solutions.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops to cultivate future leaders.
- Oversee performance management systems and provide support to managers in conducting evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices in employee development and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the budget for Academy & People Excellence initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, organizational development, or related functions.
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing training programs that drive organizational performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in analyzing and using data to inform decision-making regarding employee development programs.
- Certification in training methods or human resources management is preferred.
