Responsibilities:
• Develop a platform that allows for growth beyond our core into relevant ecosystems beyond traditional banking hence tap into existing client base and operational capabilities, strengthen engagement and capture data that will provide a more complete view of customer needs
• Identify and collaborate with Fintech Accelerators, Fintechs to deliver new revenue streams and protect our traditional turf from digital giants that are emerging
• Create a financial supermarket by offering a curated and vetted mix of internal and third party strategies provide customers with easy one-stop access to financial products
• Extend value across existing customer journeys by identifying linkages between retail banking and corporate banking in fulfilling and engaging across buying journeys
• Design and build solutions that facilitate the roll-out of scalable solutions across corporate banking within Company s and where applicable across the bank
• Ensuring effective delivery of high-impact must-win digital and transformation programs to implement new products, propositions, engagement and operating models. Deliver higher productivity, offer cost avoidance opportunities, improve bottom line, reduce operational costs and offer clients exceptional service delivery
• Creating an agile transformation strategy which meets the evolving needs of the business, our customers and partners capitalizing on opportunities through value-added solutions and alliances
• Designing and managing an innovation program that includes resource allocation, cultural imperatives, competencies and capabilities and continuous improvement
• Executing data based, strategic analysis for new value proposition, positioning, pricing, competitive benchmarking and forecasting Data monetization leveraging internal data as well as creating new offerings such as reports or benchmark analytics based on Company sdata
• Create a corporate brand recognized as a digital attacker entering new markets or segments without the need to invest in physical infrastructure
• Engaging product partners / front line staff alongside operations and technology teams to support product design development and launch solutions that deliver superior service and efficient operating models
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in technology consulting and commercial strategy, with experience at top tier reputable organizations, with a record of delivering exceptional results working collaboratively with executive VPs and CEO
• Experience in innovation / design thinking application
• Experience in leading business transformation that is relevant; Demonstrated proven extensive ability and success with leading the development and implementation of project plans, while managing risk, meeting deliverables and timelines on large-scale projects for complex organizations
• An entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and to develop succinct, convincing C level presentations
• Strong intellectual horsepower, effective interpersonal skills, positive attitude, strong work ethics, high level of cultural adaptability and flexibility
• Experience with creating high value opportunities within a technical environment with proven track record in delivering business value through optimizing development strategy, execution, governance and architecture
• Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, the ability to adapt nimbly and to lead others through complex situations
• Strong technical acumen necessary. Ability to evaluate innovative technology solutions and collaborate with development team leaders
• Must have experience in coaching, mentoring, influencing and motivating others to maintain high level of excellence
