We are looking for a Sr. Heavy Vehicle Mechanic for our Auto workshop which is located in Alquoz

Salary plus Company Accommodation and Transportation

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Thorough knowledge of the tools, techniques, and terminology associated with the automotive and heavy equipment mechanics trade.
• Thorough knowledge of the maintenance of all types of motor equipment.
• Good knowledge of the operation and use of automotive and other motor-driven equipment.
• Skill in operating front-end and shop equipment.
• Thorough knowledge of tools, techniques, and testing equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform difficult repairs on all types of automobiles and heavy equipment vehicles (Volvo, Mercedes, Scania).
• Ability to readily and accurately diagnose mechanical difficulties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical repair manuals, circuit diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, shop prints, and mechanical curve charts.
• Ability to work from oral or written instructions, and independently diagnose and repair without guidance.
• Ability to lay out, organize, and plan the work of others.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, understanding, and communicating in English sufficient to perform the role.
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, resourcefulness, and sound judgment.
• Physical strength and agility; physical condition commensurate with the duties of the position.
