Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical design activities for residential projects, conceptualizing and executing from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed designs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Integrate mechanical systems into overall project plans, coordinating with architects and engineers.
  • Conduct studies for system optimization and energy efficiency, offering technical insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and cost estimates.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and project teams, offering guidance and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master's preferred. Proven residential project experience required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit essential, other design software knowledge welcomed.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection principles.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for effective teamwork and project management.
