Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in Plumbing and HVAC systems, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising MEP works, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards, and delivering high-quality mechanical solutions for residential and commercial F&B projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Good Knowledge in HVAC and plumbing systems for villas, restaurants, kitchens, and other F&B-related spaces.
  • Perform load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, schematic diagrams, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor work to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Collaborate with F&B consultants to ensure HVAC and plumbing systems support operational efficiency and hygiene standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site.
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and budgeting phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design/implementation.
  • Proven experience in villa projects and F&B facilities (restaurants, kitchens, food courts, etc.).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP, and other design tools.
  • Familiarity with MEP codes and standards (ASHRAE, IPC, UPC, NFPA, etc.).
  • Hands on experience in site execution and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience working in the UAE is added advantage.
