Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Review scope of works, drawings, specifications, etc. upon receipt of tender documents.

  2. Prepare tender queries for missing documents/doubts.

  3. Participate in pre-tender/post tender meetings with clients/consultants.

  4. Attend pre-tender/post tender meetings and carry out site surveys.

  5. Coordinate and review the quantities received from Bond International India Office.

  6. Review/generate BOQs against drawings.

  7. Estimate man-hours, duration, and resources required for variations activities.

  8. Prepare commercial and technical bid proposals.

  9. Prepare final contract BOQ after discussion with department manager based on agreed contract value.

  10. Prepare and submit cost comparison sheets for all supply and subcontractor items.

  11. Carry out value engineering studies and prepare alternative proposals.

  12. Attend internal kick-off meetings and handover all contract documents to the project team.

  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsible for preparation of full estimates on large and complex projects as per received documents and provides complete conceptual and total bid price.
