Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of piping layouts, isometrics, and specifications, ensuring adherence to project standards and client requirements.
- Perform hydraulic calculations and pipe stress analysis using software like Caesar II, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of piping systems.
- Review and approve vendor drawings and documentation for piping components, valves, and equipment, guaranteeing compliance.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Holds a minimum of 15+ years of experience in piping design and engineering within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Demonstrates proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD, CADWorx, and Caesar II.
Holds relevant certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
