Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans and budgets.
Coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
Monitor progress and report on project status.
Identify and mitigate risks and delays.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather scheduling data and update progress.
Identify critical path activities and analyze schedule risks or delays.
Generate baseline schedules, look-ahead, and recovery plans as needed.
Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and earned value analysis.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Participate in planning and scheduling meetings and provide expert guidance on project controls.
Ensure scheduling practices comply with organizational and contractual requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Planning, and project controls
5–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
