Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules and work plans for hotel construction projects.

  • Prepare bar charts, network diagrams, and milestone schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

  • Monitor project progress, track delays, and propose corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure schedule compliance.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and milestone progress reports for management and clients.

  • Update schedules based on design changes, client requirements, and site conditions.

  • Ensure that all planning documentation is in compliance with client and company standards.

  • Participate in project meetings and site inspections to monitor execution.

  • Assist in resource allocation, manpower planning, and material tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.

  2. Minimum 5–10 years of planning experience on hotel projects only.

  3. Strong knowledge of hotel construction sequences (civil, MEP, interiors, finishes).

  4. Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD (for drawings reference).

  5. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

  6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  7. Proven track record of delivering hotel projects on schedule.
