Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for new Senior Project Coordinators:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
  • Monitor supply chain and order progress to track on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on project and order status.
  • Resolve issues related to quality, technical matters, logistics, procurement, and supplier-customer coordination.
  • Undertake business travel as required.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience: 5–10 years.
  • Language: Clear written and spoken English. Arabic language is preferred.
  • Project Tools: ERP systems, emails, MS Office, and expediting tracking tools.
  • Background: Supply chain experience in construction, oil & gas, energy, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Supply Chain, PMP or project management diplomas; UAE driving license preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nationality: Diversity preferred.
