Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all quantity surveying aspects of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports, including risk assessments, to provide accurate project financial forecasts.
  • Conduct thorough value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality or functionality.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating potential risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

  • Holds a professional qualification such as MRICS or equivalent is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.

  • Experience with at least one RTA project.

  • Exhibits strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
