Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across assigned territories and sectors, including Marine, Oil & Gas, Water, Wastewater, Industrial, Chemical, and related industries.
- Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales objectives, supporting short, midterm and long-term business growth.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and technical solutions from the company portfolio, including pumps, electrical/instrumentation systems, sustainability solutions, HSE services, and other offerings.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Work collaboratively with customer engineering, project, management, and service teams to develop solutions, drive business, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and secure long-term service contracts.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and training sessions to stay informed on product innovations and industry developments.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for internal management review and planning.
- Prospect and qualify new customers through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
- Coordinate with represented principals and partners, ensuring value creation and alignment with shared business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical engineering preferred, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering also considered. BSc Physics can also apply.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, pumps, electrical or automation sectors, service-related sales in UAE preferred.
- Technical knowledge of Pumps, Electrical/instrumentation systems, Marine engineering services preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC industrial, Marine, Oil and Gas markets and other key sectors is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
