Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Dear Candidate,


We are hiring for Sr. Site Architect role. Candidates having UAE work experience is Mandatory.


Job Responsibilities :


  • Lead the design and development of architectural plans and blueprints for construction projects.

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and goals.

  • Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and identify potential challenges.

  • Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications.

  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction technology.

  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven working experience as site architect.

  • Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines.

  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

  • Proficiency in site layout, design, regulatory approvals etc.

  • Adept in Materials specifications.

  • Hands on experience at site.

  • License of professional Architecture Engineer / Authority membership license.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
