Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sr Specialist Martech will be responsible for leading Martech discussions, testing new product features before implementation in Braze, and driving innovation in CRM channels. This role will work closely with Engineering, Product, and CRM strategy teams to ensure seamless integration, quality assurance, and optimization of CRM technologies. Additionally, the role will oversee deep link testing, SDK updates and data connections between Braze and internal databases, and CRM automation improvements.

Lead Martech discussions and test new product features overseeing Braze implementation and integration of these features

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DH Retention Solutions and CRM Business teams to ensure smooth Martech rollouts.

Explore, test, and onboard new CRM channels (e.g., WhatsApp, RCS, push, email).

Manage the quarterly intake process for CRM-related feature requests with the Product team.

Validate deep links, tracking, and data connections between Braze, internal CDP, and BigQuery.

Oversee data ingestion, segmentation, and activation across CRM platforms.

Monitor Martech performance and drive innovation to enhance automation and personalization.

Conduct quality assurance (QA) to ensure all CRM integrations and new features function properly.

Serve as the main Martech consultant within the CRM team, ensuring best practices and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in CRM, Martech, or Marketing Automation.

Strong expertise in Braze and BigQuery.

Experience working with Engineering and Product teams on Martech testing and integrations.

Technical knowledge of deep linking, API integrations, and data flows in CRM ecosystems.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to validate data accuracy across systems.

Familiarity with new CRM channels and assessing their feasibility for integration.

Ability to manage projects, track performance, and drive CRM innovation.
- Strong communication skills to liaise between CRM, Engineering, and Product teams.
