An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr. Supervisor, Trade Finance and will report directly to Manager, Order to Cash
About the role:
Coordinates the Cristal KSA trade finance operations activities.
you will be responsible to:
• Manage all trade related documents such as Letters of credit, guarantees, Bills, Drafts etc.
• Develop and Implement objectives, policies and procedure as well as user manuals for trade finance unit
• Review requirements of business unit(s) in term of operational support
• Support Treasury Accounting account reconciliation
• Ensure all transactional processing is in compliance with internal and external regulations and policies
• Internal and external Audit support
• Manage maintenance of transaction records, documents and create archival system for easy retrieval.
• Ad hoc assignments
• Execute projects related to trade finance operations to ensure timely completion, achievement of objectives and cost efficiencies
• Direct, train and motivate subordinates to perform to consistently high standards in a team environment
• Develop and maintain trade finance related relations with banks and other partners to ensure smooth working support and quick resolution of issues/concern areas
• Prepare regular reports/MIS for analysis and control
About You:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar job
• IT literate, Microsoft office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Language skills: English and Arabic
• Several years of proven experience in leading and managing a small team
• Good analytical skills.
