Overview
Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring that technical products are successfully delivered to clients. This includes defining project scope, timelines, and resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones.
  • Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversee logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and resources are available as needed to support project timelines.
  • Integration & Scheduling: Coordinate the integration of products at the systems level, including managing the scheduling of activities and ensuring that project timelines are adhered to. While technical expertise in integration is not required, an understanding of project flows and schedules is essential.
  • Collaboration with FAE Team: Collaborate closely with the Field Application Engineer (FAE) team, as they are responsible for the technical delivery of the project, including deployment, testing, and post-deployment support.
  • Ticketing Systems & Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software ticketing systems to track project progress, issues, and resolutions. A general technical understanding is essential to facilitate communication between teams, but deep technical expertise is not necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project progress, timelines, and any potential challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams (including technical teams) to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery. While you wont be directly involved in technical troubleshooting, your role is to ensure all moving parts of the project stay on track.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing technical projects where a product is delivered to B2B clients. Experience with logistics and inventory management is also important.
  • Project Management Expertise:Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
  • Technical Acumen:While this role does not require deep technical skills, a general technical understanding is essential. Familiarity with software ticketing systems and an ability to manage technical timelines and issues at a high level will be crucial.
  • Communication & Collaboration:Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education:A technical degree is not required. Background in project management of technical projects is the core requirement.
