Job Title: Critical Cardiac Care Nurse

Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Critical Cardiac Care Nurse to join our specialized cardiac care team in the UAE. This role involves providing advanced nursing care to patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions, including those requiring intensive monitoring and life-support interventions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized nursing care to patients with complex cardiac conditions in Cardiac ICU or Critical Care Units.
  • Monitor and manage patients on advanced cardiac support systems (e.g., ventilators, intra-aortic balloon pumps, pacemakers).
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and cardiac-specific treatments as prescribed.
  • Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret ECGs and hemodynamic parameters.
  • Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies, including arrhythmias and cardiac arrest, following ACLS protocols.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on cardiac health, recovery, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Licensure: Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility in the UAE.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 3 years in cardiac critical care or cardiac ICU (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
  • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
    • Critical Care Nursing Certification (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac pathophysiology, pharmacology, and advanced monitoring techniques.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
