Roles & Responsibilities
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in the management of ITIL processes (incidents, changes, problems).
- Contribute to the administration of Linux and Windows servers.
- Assist in the configuration and monitoring of supervision tools (Centreon) and automation (AWX).
- Participate in the management of backup solutions (Veeam) and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Write and update technical documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Student in Bac+5 in IT, systems and networks, IT production.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, ITIL concepts, and ideally supervision/virtualization.
- Rigor, curiosity, team spirit and motivation to evolve in IT infrastructure.
