Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Precisely interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to fabricate stainless steel components, ensuring dimensional accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Perform intricate welding, utilizing techniques like TIG, MIG, and stick welding, to create strong, leak-proof joints on various stainless steel grades.
  • Employ cutting-edge cutting methods such as plasma, laser, and waterjet, followed by meticulous grinding, polishing, and finishing, to achieve desired shapes and surface finishes.
  • Assemble and fit stainless steel parts, including pipework, tanks, and structural components, ensuring proper alignment and seamless integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational certificate in welding or fabrication is highly advantageous.
  • Holds relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) and demonstrates proficiency in various welding processes (TIG, MIG, Stick).
  • Exhibits a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in stainless steel fabrication, preferably within a specialized industry (e.g., food processing, pharmaceuticals).
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of stainless steel grades, properties, and their applications.
