Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to secure approvals, agreements and all undertakings with governmental departments, stakeholders and third parties,
- Monitoring and implementation of requirements to obtain necessary NOC s and approvals.
- Liaising with department managers for permit strategy required for new projects and proposals.
- Preparing meeting materials including reports, presentations and meeting agendas.
- Ensuring proper interpretation of municipality codes and regulations as well as effective delivery and follow through on submissions.
- Coordinating with various consultant disciplines for development of construction documents and applications for building and sign permits.
- Reviewing of municipal zoning, land development ordinance and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property.
- Reviewing of ordinances, utilities service research, outside agency regulations and site visits to establish comprehensive development guidelines.
- Leading the authorities, weekly meetings to ensure that the client has a clear understanding of project progress and timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8+ years career experience with a Bachelor Degree and at least 5 years with a recognised engineering consultancy in a stakeholder/coordination capacity. Proven experience of working with main government bodies in Dubai
