Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks) to meet project specifications, ensuring adherence to international codes and standards like ASME, API, and EN.
  • Perform detailed calculations for equipment sizing, wall thickness, and nozzle reinforcement, guaranteeing safe and efficient operation under various process conditions.
  • Develop technical specifications, datasheets, and requisitions for procurement, effectively communicating requirements to vendors and contractors.
  • Review vendor drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements, and providing timely feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.
  • Certified in relevant areas such as API 510/570 or similar, reflecting specialized knowledge in inspection and maintenance.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices.
