As the Primary School STEAM Lead, you will:

• Curriculum Development: Design, document, and implement a progressive, cross-curricular STEAM curriculum framework from EYFS through to Year 6, ensuring alignment with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC)./p>
• Instructional Leadership: Drive innovation by promoting inquiry-based, cross-curricular teaching and regularly model outstanding STEAM practice for colleagues./p>
• Learning Spaces: Work with school leadership to design and develop dedicated, flexible, and inspiring STEAM spaces (e.g., Maker Spaces, Design Labs) that facilitate project-based learning./p>
• Staff Training: Design and deliver mandatory, ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for all Primary staff on STEAM pedagogy and resource utilisation./p>
• Student Wellbeing & Enrichment: Put student wellbeing at the heart of all you do , and contribute to the holistic development of students through active participation in co-curricular programmes./p>
• Resource & Budget Management: Strategically manage the procurement and deployment of appropriate, high-quality STEAM resources (e.g., robotics kits, 3D printers) and oversee the dedicated STEAM budget./p>
