Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interpret and analyze blueprints and engineering drawings to determine specifications for fabrication.
  • Select and cut raw materials, including steel plates and bars, using precise measurements and cutting tools.
  • Assemble and weld components using various welding techniques, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or welding is preferred.
  • Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) is highly advantageous for demonstrating technical proficiency.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel fabrication or related industry, showcasing a solid understanding of processes.
  • Experience working with various types of steel and familiarity with industry standards and specifications.
