Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
  • Track and control stock aging
  • Review daily inventory levels and investigate discrepancies
  • Monitor and record all inventory movements (inbound, outbound, transfers, returns, adjustments)
  • Conduct variance analysis between system stock and physical counts
  • Investigate root causes of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and KPIs
  • Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and DC teams

Desired Candidate Profile

2 3 years experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse operations

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data analysis)
  • Good level of English (reading, writing, and basic communication)
  • Experience in WMS, ERP, or inventory systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
