Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
- Track and control stock aging
- Review daily inventory levels and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor and record all inventory movements (inbound, outbound, transfers, returns, adjustments)
- Conduct variance analysis between system stock and physical counts
- Investigate root causes of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and KPIs
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and DC teams
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 years experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data analysis)
- Good level of English (reading, writing, and basic communication)
- Experience in WMS, ERP, or inventory systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
