Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Required: External stone installation foreman with experience in stone installation and exterior décor. Must be committed and precise in work on project sites.

  • Oversee and coordinate all stone-related activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

  • Manage and mentor a team of stone masons and laborers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately plan and execute stone installations, including cutting, shaping, and setting.

  • Inspect all materials and workmanship to ensure the highest quality standards, identifying and rectifying any defects.

  • Schedule and coordinate the delivery of stone materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.

  • Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in stone installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of various stone types, their properties, and appropriate applications.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
