Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the receiving team with product checking, receiving, and display placement.
- Support margin control, shrinkage reduction, and waste management across assigned sections.
- Ensure accurate labelling, correct pricing, and proper shelf presentation of all items.
- Replenish and arrange shelves with the right assortment in terms of appearance, quality, quantity, and price range.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide responsive, helpful service to drive sales.
- Identify slow-moving items and sleeping stock to support expiry management.
- Support Central Cash Office operations by assisting at cash counters, scanning, and packaging items.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards for store and warehouse operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Business Management or Administration is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- 1 3 years of retail experience in similar commercial environments.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multicultural setting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
