Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product selection and promotion.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements with vendors to maximize profitability and secure favorable conditions.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover to minimize waste, prevent stockouts, and maintain optimal product freshness.
  • Develop and execute category management strategies to drive sales growth, improve shelf space utilization, and enhance the customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in FMCG buying, with a proven track record of successful category management and supplier negotiation.
