Roles & Responsibilities


SUMMARY:


The Stores Executive is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods, and maintaining proper documentation for all store-related activities. This role supports the supply chain by ensuring materials and products are available when needed, and inventory is accurate


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and raise requisitions for replenishment.

Goods Receiving & Dispatch:

  • Verify received materials against purchase orders and inspect for damage/defects.
  • Coordinate and supervise the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Prepare and manage dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.).

Storage & Organization:

  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
  • Optimize warehouse space and implement FIFO/LIFO stock rotation practices.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store area according to company and safety standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain updated records in ERP/WMS or manual registers.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.

Coordination:

  • Liaise with procurement, production, and transport teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors for timely deliveries and pickups.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 -5 years of relevant experience in supporting Consumer electronics Spare Parts Store / Warehouse management
  • Expertise in distribution of consumer electronics in UAE, with focus on Spare Parts management
  • Sound knowledge MS Office tools such as excel, PowerPoint etc.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate / High School

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 -5 years of relevant experience in supporting Consumer electronics Spare Parts Store / Warehouse management
  • Expertise in distribution of consumer electronics in UAE, with focus on Spare Parts management
  • Sound knowledge MS Office tools such as excel, PowerPoint etc.
