Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control all inbound and outbound material movements.
Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
Manage warehouse activities and material handling for our project and facility requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and material tracking.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements and replenishment.
Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, deliveries, and stock movements.
Manage and track free-issue materials from clients with proper documentation.
Monitor and control project-specific materials and general stock availability.
Arrange and coordinate logistics and transportation for material and project deliveries.
Lead periodic inventory audits and ensure reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
Issue and maintain proper records for tools, equipment, project materials, and PPE to workers, ensuring availability and proper tracking at all times.
Implement and maintain store discipline, safety practices, and housekeeping standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in engineering or industrial environment.
Good knowledge of electrical products and components (cables, breakers, panels, etc.) is required.
Experience working in engineering, electrical, or project-based environments.
Prior experience handling a team (storekeepers/helpers).
Strong knowledge of inventory control, material tracking, and documentation processes.
Experience in handling project-based materials and client-supplied (free issue) materials.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and logistics providers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
