Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations including stock receiving, stock issuance, stock counts, and inventory control activities.
Ensure proper implementation and compliance with FIFO and FEFO principles for finished goods management.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inbound and outbound inventory operations.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
Plan and optimize delivery routes geographically and based on customer delivery time windows.
Coordinate closely with sales and merchandising teams to ensure efficient delivery scheduling and execution.
Supervise and manage delivery drivers, helpers, and store staff to ensure operational efficiency and discipline.
Monitor delivery performance and ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
Serve as the central operational coordination point for Dubai operations, ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, store management, logistics or distribution operations.
Experience in handling inventory management, delivery operations, and team supervision is mandatory.
Experience in frozen food or temperature-controlled logistics operations will be an added advantage.
