Roles & Responsibilities

A Store Incharge manages daily store operations, focusing on inventory control, staff supervision, customer service, and sales targets, by overseeing stock levels, implementing procedures, coordinating with other teams (procurement, production), maintaining store standards, handling logistics (inward/outward), and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies, requiring strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree/diploma, experience in inventory/retail/warehousing, knowledge of inventory software, and purchasing processes. Experience in MS Excel and Tally Prime.
