Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
  • Conduct regular stock checking and maintain updated inventory records.
  • Raise purchase requests and follow up for timely material ordering and delivery.
  • Supervise the unloading, sorting, and proper storage of incoming materials.
  • Coordinate timely dispatch of materials to site and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain records of incoming/outgoing materials and manage stock levels to avoid shortages.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate logistics schedules for timely material deliveries and collections.
  • Manage manpower pick-up and drop schedules in coordination with the transport team.
  • Ensure smooth and safe loading/unloading of materials during transit.

Camp Management

  • Organize and allocate rooms for camp employees as per occupancy and project needs.
  • Ensure employees are provided with necessary garments/uniforms and maintain garment records.
  • Conduct daily checks of camp premises to ensure cleanliness, order, and functionality.
  • Perform routine fire safety inspections and ensure all safety standards are met.

Other Duties

  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and project team for any store or site requirements.
  • Follow up on Material Requests (MRs) to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Support the project team with any urgent site or camp-related logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in storekeeping, logistics, or camp management, preferably in construction or fit-out.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Inventory Software).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle store activities.
  • Knowledge of fire safety and basic HSE practices is a plus.
