Job Description

Check all goods received against the accompanying delivery document.
Ensure all deliveries are placed into stores, or passed to the relevant department as soon as possible.
Stores must be maintained to the resort s standards. They must be clean and well organized at all times.
All stocks must be securely locked away in storerooms.
Goods must be issued on a First In First Out (FIFO) basis, and rotated within the storerooms accordingly.
Ensure all stores requisitions are acted promptly and requisitioning department contacted once requisition has been completed.
Departments must sign the relevant paperwork to confirm they have received the issue.
All issues must be documented.
Maintain a professional business relation with internal and external customers.
Willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
Follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to Inventory Audit.
Maintain a safety culture within the department and ensures departmental adherence to and awareness of Health and Safety standards.
Ensure all hotel and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Comply with duties other than assigned.
Be environment friendly. Reduce waste, recycle when possible and reuse whenever applicable.

Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors. These may include duties at any Six Senses Resort and Spa property.
Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to management for the general improvement of the resort.
Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
Attends meetings and training as required by managers.
Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law.
Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback.
