1. Drive profitability at the store

2. Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirement & create a strong association with brand Usha.

3. Responsible for sell out through the showroom and achieve targets through retail sales as well as corporate sales

4. Increase Footfalls in showroom - Conduct outdoor activities and events, promotional activities and generate leads

5. Corporate Sales/ Institutional Sales

6. Ensure proper product visibility & merchandising of the showroom

7. Manage a team of retail executives, promoters & technicians & develop them for future roles
