People Development / HR Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-quality management and associates for the store. Lead by example and provide training, development, and ongoing feedback on product knowledge and selling skills. Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to recap performance and communicate new goals and procedures. Customer Experience / Sales Prioritize excellent customer service by executing the Customer Experience through regular assessment and coaching. Maintain visibility on the selling floor to answer questions and support selling functions. Implement visual merchandising standards, directives, and promotions, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Drive Sales & Profitability Meet or exceed profitability expectations for sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion. Create and execute strategies to maximize sales while controlling expenses. Operational Effectiveness Control company assets by meeting loss prevention measures including inventory management. Execute and comply with all company policies and store procedures.
