Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overall store performance, including sales achievement, team management, customer experience, and operational excellence. The role ensures that BIBAs brand standards are consistently delivered while driving profitability and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs (conversion, UPT, ASP)
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales planning
  • Execute promotions, seasonal launches, and special campaigns

Store Operations

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
  • Manage inventory, stock accuracy, replenishment, and shrinkage control
  • Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and SOP compliance

Customer Experience

  • Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Build repeat customer base and improve loyalty

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills
  • Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
  • Good understanding of fashion retail and ethnic wear
