The Store Manager will take full ownership of the store, including:

• Leading, coaching, and managing the sales team on a daily basis
• Achieving and exceeding store sales targets
• Optimizing processes and procedures to drive performance
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
• Managing day-to-day store operations and organizational standards
• Supporting local marketing initiatives
• Selling and promoting the brand s products alongside the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a retail store or commercial team
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to deliver sales targets and improve performance
• Fluent English; Arabic and Russian are an advantage
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
