Roles & Responsibilities

Brand: US POLO
We are seeking a high-performing, sales-driven Store Manager for our US Polo brand. This role is for a hands-on leader who thrives on achieving targets, driving conversion, and building a motivated team that delivers both strong sales results and an excellent brand experience. As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, lead from the sales floor, and inspire your team to consistently exceed KPIs while bringing the brand to life through instore and window VM displays.

Key Responsibilities-

1- Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Own and deliver store sales targets, and KPI goals.

  • Drive conversion, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).

  • Lead from the floor, actively selling, styling, and engaging with customers.

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and action plans.

  • Execute promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns to maximize results.

2- Team Leadership & Development

  • Set clear sales expectations and hold the team accountable for results.

  • Coach the team on selling techniques, styling, and customer engagement.

  • Conduct regular feedback and coaching and manage underperformance.

3- Customer Experience & Brand Representation

  • Deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience.

  • Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

  • Act as a brand ambassador.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and in line with brand standards

4- Store Operations

  • Oversee all day-to-day store operations for efficiency and excellence.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

  • Manage inventory, stock flow, shrinkage, and loss prevention.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of retail management experience in fashion or lifestyle brands.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Commercially focused with strong analytical ability.

  • Passion for fashion, trends, and lifestyle retail.
