Job Description

The Store Manager in a luxury retail environment is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the store. This role requires a blend of exceptional customer service skills, strong management capabilities, and a keen understanding of the luxury market. The Store Manager will lead a team to achieve sales goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain the high standards synonymous with the luxury brand. This position demands a strategic thinker who can drive business growth while managing inventory, ensuring a visually stunning store environment, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. The successful candidate will be both a brand ambassador and an effective business leader, capable of meeting financial objectives and maintaining the prestige of the brand.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure the store provides excellent luxury customer service and exceeds client expectations.
  • Manage and oversee daily store operations and processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive results.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstock.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand s luxury image.
  • Develop relationships with VIP clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Analyze sales figures and work with team to devise plans for improving performance.
  • Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
  • Coordinate promotional events and activities to increase store foot traffic and sales.
  • Report and provide feedback on business performance, forecasts, and trends.
  • Handle conflict resolution and client complaints efficiently, maintaining the brand's reputation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within luxury retail for at least three years.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Strong sales track record and a deep understanding of luxury retail market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
