We are currently looking for Stores Executive to join our Electronics Techserve division based in the UAE.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall stores operation including buying, in-warding, inventory management, purchase order processing, GRN completion of all vendors, service and sales parts issue/delivery, and defective parts collection from technician and return to vendors. You will also be involved in physical stock verification, cannibalization request fulfillment, unit stock status update in SAP system, physical stock verification, delivery posting in the system, documentation and filing, and housekeeping.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a Bachelor's/ Diploma holder preferably in Materials Management with 5-7 years customer service experience in electronics industry. You must have strong experience in materials management and advanced skills in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage.
