Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the store's products and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Achieve daily sales targets through proactive selling techniques and strategic upselling of complementary products.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience while handling cash and electronic payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or retail management is a plus.
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a related industry such as electronics, fashion, or home goods.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to cater to diverse customers.
