Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring all items are logged accurately upon arrival.

Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks to maintain optimal levels and identify discrepancies promptly.

Organize the warehouse in a systematic manner, utilizing space effectively while ensuring easy access to frequently use items.

Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy

Store raw materials, packaging, and finished goods under appropriate temperature and hygiene conditions (chilled, frozen, or dry storage)

Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions and FIFO/FEFO principles • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or inventory management systems

Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers to minimize wastage and shortages • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and UAE food regulations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas as per hygiene requirements • Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and Procurement teams

Prepare inventory reports, stock movement records, and audit documentation

Handle returns, damaged goods, and non-conforming materials according to company procedures

Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations
