Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Role
To carry out the process of receiving, storage and issue out in a timely manner whilst maintaining accurate inventory and damage control.
Job Responsibilities
- To receive and record items.
- To raise GRN and highlight receiving discrepancies.
- To store items in the designated bins.
- To ensure to record the in and out in bin cards and SAP.
- To carry out inventory.
- To maintain correct inventory and stock levels.
- To ensure timely and correct picking is carried out.
- To ensure equipment is maintained properly.
- To maintain clean workplace.
- To prepare daily checklist and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Familiarity with key systems or tools commonly used in storekeeping such as FMC, Materials Control or SAP.
- Familiarity with safety and storage standards.
- Knowledge of basic processes such as stock receiving, issuing or conducting stock counting.
