Storekeeper Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC

The Storekeeper – MEP is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling all MEP materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with project requirements and company procedures. The role includes verifying materials against purchase orders and delivery notes, ensuring only approved and defect-free materials are accepted, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating with procurement, site engineers, and subcontractors. The Storekeeper monitors stock levels, tracks fast-moving and long-lead items, prepares material requisitions, conducts regular stock checks, and ensures proper storage and housekeeping of the warehouse. The position also supports material issuance to site teams, maintains material registers, delivery notes, and returns records, ensures compliance with HSE requirements, and assists in audits and reporting to support smooth project operations.
