Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain stock levels, item coding, and records in JD Edwards / ERP.
Verify goods receipts, supplier invoices, and issue parts to workshop teams.
Coordinate with Purchase for returns, warranty claims, and supplier evaluations.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
Monitor slow- and non-moving items and prepare quarterly reports.
Maintain approved safety stock levels and raise requisitions accordingly.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store.
Supervise junior store staff and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
3–5 years of store keeping or inventory experience (preferably in automotive / spare parts).
Knowledge of JD Edwards / ERP systems and MS Office.
Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Inventory Management / Business Administration.
